1. Payment Terms

(a) Fees and Charges: The fees for our roadside assistance services will vary based on the distance traveled to the service location and any additional services requested by the user. The base fee will be communicated at the time of service request, and final charges will be calculated following completion of the service based on the actual mileage covered and additional services provided.

(b) Payment Fluctuation: All fees are subject to change depending on the specifics of the service provided, including but not limited to mileage and any unforeseen circumstances or additional services that are necessary to safely and effectively complete the service.

2. Refund Policy

(a) General: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, depending on the circumstances under which the request is made. If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact our customer service department to submit a refund request.

(b) Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, users must report any issues related to the provided service within 24 hours of its completion. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the nature of the complaint and the findings of our investigative review.

3. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team to find an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada, USA.

4. Non-Cash Policy:

Cash payments are strictly prohibited for all transactions related to the roadside assistance provided through our app. All payments must be processed through the official app using our approved electronic payment methods to ensure security and traceability.

5. Additional Services and Charges:

(a) Notification: Users will be notified of any additional services that may be required during the course of providing roadside assistance. Consent for additional services, if needed, must be confirmed by the user prior to proceeding.

(b) Charges: Charges for additional services will be added to the final bill, and payment will be due upon completion of all services. Users will receive a detailed invoice reflecting the base service fee plus any additional services rendered.

6. Modifications to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the app’s Terms and Conditions page. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
